Shipping policy

All orders will be shipped out within the time frame in which the website has advertised. However this may be subjected to change as a result of any machine breakdowns and/or other unforeseen circumstances. 

All stickers will have the option of tracked and untracked, however the addition of any bulky items (items more than 2mm thickness) will only be shipped as tracked.  Please take this into consideration when making purchases, as the addition of non-paper goods will result in the absence of untracked option.

 

LOCAL (AUSTRALIA) SHIPPING:

All local orders will be sent as either as regular untracked letters or parcel post (tracked). Depending on the shipping method you select, the estimated delivery time may change. The normal delivery speed is listed in the table below, however, this may be affected depending on various circumstances (COVID-19 for example).

Currently, all local shipment may take approximately 1 - 1.5 weeks.

Regular Domestic: Without tracking
Registered Parcel Post: With tracking
Express: With tracking

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

All international shipment will have the option of international air (untracked) or registered post (tracked). International air usually takes up to 3 weeks to receive, while registered post is estimated to take up to 2 weeks. However, this estimation may be affected depending on various circumstances (COVID-19 for example). 

Currently all international air shipments can take approximately 25+ working days due to COVID-19, and registered post may take up to 3-4 weeks. 

All flat items (stickers only) will have both shipping methods available for selection, tracked (international parcel post) or untracked** (international air). However bulky goods will only be shipped as tracked due to the chance of parcel loss if goods are not tracked.

Please select the correct shipping method that you prefer, as the loss of mail due to selecting untracked services will not be covered by us. As once the package is out of our hands and passed to the courier, we are unable to witness how the package gets treated.
