Refund policy

REFUNDS:
Once an order has been placed, all sales are final, and no refunds will be given. Refunds will only be provided if the product was sent damaged, not as a result of shipping issues, weather conditions and wrong addresses. 

Please note that, we will always make sure that the items you have ordered will be packaged as best as possible using the shipment method that has been selected during checkout. For example, if letter is selected, item will be shipped out in a envelope, however if tracked shipping is selected, item will be sent out in boxes.

As we cannot control the way the item may have been treated during shipment or how/where it has been left on your property, we will not be liable for any damages. If there are severe weather condition, please select tracked postage, as this will not only provide reassurance but will allow us to package the order better than untracked.

DAMAGES AND/OR ISSUES:
All items are carefully inspected prior to packaging, and hence all items will be shipped off in conditions that would meet the quality we would like to provide. IF the damage was done prior to shipment, we will: 
1. Replace the item with the same or similar (if unavailable)
or
2. Provide you with a store credit.
We will not be responsible for any damages that may occur during transit, please contact your local postal service as this type of issue is unfortunately the responsibility of your local postal services.

RETURNS:
Returns will not be acceptable due to the nature of those products. However, if you are unsatisfied with your order, please email us on sakuramochidesignco@gmail.com and we will get back to you ASAP.

REFUNDS DUE TO MISSING PARCEL:
We will not be held liable for the loss of any parcel as all shipping method (with and without tracking) are provided. Upon selecting shipment without tracking, you have accepted the risk that will come with untracked shipments. If you have concerns with not knowing the whereabout of your parcel, please select tracked shipping during checkout.
